Apple Connections can provide bespoke call plan services for any size business. From a sole trader who needs a Voicebox facility to a large corporate requiring a pre-recorded message giving number options to get through to specific offices or departments, we can cater for them all. All our call plans can be used with most of our 03, 0845, 0871, 0800 and 0808 numbers.

Voice Box
Caller automatically hears a voice recording giving the option to leave a message should the line be busy or unanswered. The recording can be updated daily through PIN code access.

 

Intro
Caller hears a simple message played to them before the call connects. i.e. 'Welcome to Apple Connections. Please hold and your call will be answered shortly'.

 

Simple Audio
Caller hears a pre-recorded message possibly advising them of products, services or other useful information before the call connects.

 

Voicemail To Email
Caller leaves a message when the line is busy or unanswered and the recording is immediately emailed to your computer.

 

Call Divert
Call is diverted to up to 3 alternative destinations should the line be busy or unanswered.

 

Follow Me
Call is diverted to up to 3 alternative destinations should the line be busy or unanswered.

 

Time / Day / Date Plan
Calls can be diverted to up to 3 alternative destinations should the original call not be answered. e.g. call will ring office, then home, then mobile.

 

Zone Plan
Calls can be diverted automatically to different offices across the UK. They can be split on a percentage basis or diverted to their local branch. e.g. calls made from Watford are diverted to the nearest office in London. This service works even if the caller is witholding their number.

 

Record All Calls
All calls are recorded and emailed in an audiofile.

 

Record On Demand
The user can elect as to when they will record calls.

 

Ratio Plan
Calls are split to a number of destinations on a percentage basis.

 

Record By %
The user can elect to have a percentage of their calls recorded.

 

Broadcast
The user can broadcast live events which callers can then dial into.

 

Homeworker
The homeworker logs into a server via a specific telephone using PIN code access. This enables the network to recognise the homeworker is online and ready to receive incoming calls. Calls can be allocated to the homeworkers by %, ratio and overflow.

 

Conference
Multiple callers can dial in and engage in the same conversation.

 

Virtual Receptionist
Caller hears a recording giving a number of options to assist in directing them to the right department. e.g. ‘Welcome to Apple Connections. So we can direct your call please choose carefully from the following options. Please press 1 for sales, 2 for customer services, 3 for accounts, 4 for technical support. Please press # to repeat the options alternatively press 0 or hold for the operator’.

 

MID Call Transfer
Incoming calls can be diverted to any another telephone number mid call.

 

CLI NGN
The user can see their Non Geographic Number displayed on their phone on inbound calls.

 

Number Presentation

The Non Geographic Number is displayed when outbound calls are made.

 

Network Whisper
The user hears their company name when they pick up the phone. The caller will hear a ringing tone.

 

Simultaneous Ring
The incoming call rings on up to 7 different phone numbers at the same time.

 

Fax To Email
User can advertise a fax number that callers can dial in to. The fax is then converted into a tiff.file and emailed to a pre-determined email address (max 32 characters).

 

Professional Recording
Apple Connections can arrange professional recordings for all audio sound files on your call plans. This can even be done with an accent of your choice.

 

Vision Call Statistics
Live call statistics providing detailed information on number of calls received, answered, engaged and unanswered. Information can be broken into dates, times and locations.

 

Web Abillity
This is a monthly call statistics package and shows the number of calls received and revenue generated. Information can be broken into dates, times and locations. Reports can be generated including the most expensive calls, longest calls and most frequently dialed numbers.

 

Call Planner
This is a multifunctional web based call product incorporating Call Divert, Time /Day /Date Plan and Voicemail to Email. The user has live access to the UK network and can retarget their Non Geographic Number at the click of a button to any other destination. This also includes an automated out of hours recorded message and line busy, unanswered message.

 

Call Manager
Includes all aspects of the Call Planner with the addition of a virtual receptionist.

 

Call Director
Includes all aspects of the Call Manager with the addition of a basic queuing system including standard Q music, welcome message and 1 comfort message.

 

Call Queue
Intelligent queuing system including welcome message, 3 comfort messages, opportunity to come out of the queue and leave a message, includes choice of Q music.
